This page tells you about the gender pay gap of Partners for Inclusion.
As an employer of more than 250 staff, Partner for Inclusion has been required by law to carry out Gender Pay Gap reporting as required by the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap information) Regulations 2017. We are required to publish the results on our own website and a government website. The data compiled reflects relevant employees as at the “snapshot date” of 5th April 2017.
The gender pay gap in an organisation is the difference in pay levels between male and female employees, taken as a whole across the organisation.
We are pleased to report that Partners for Inclusion has no median pay gap and a small mean pay gap of less than 1%. This compares very favourably to the UK average of 18%.
Partners for Inclusion does not pay bonuses and therefore has no figures in relation to mean or median bonus pay gaps or the proportion of males and females receiving a bonus payment.
