This page tells you about the work of Partners for Inclusion.
Partners for Inclusion supports people who have a learning difficulty, mental health difficulty or both. We provide support that is tailor-made for each person. Partners works with people in Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.
We mainly support:
- people with learning disabilities who are leaving long stay hospitals
- people with mental health problems who are leaving long stay in-patient care
- young people leaving special school who want to build a meaningful life – perhaps by finding a job and interesting things to do with their time
- people who have already lived in the community but who didn’t have the right support and things didn’t work well.
Partners has particular expertise in working with people who challenge services.
