Male Support Practitioner SG/LM

Robert lives in  his own home in the Barrhead area of East Renfrewshire. Robert is looking for someone to join his small dedicated support team. Robert loves listening to music, meeting new people and is a member of a pool club. Robert loves meeting new people whoever they are and wherever he meets them, Robert likes to spend short periods of time with people usually within the 2 hour time frame and there always needs to be a `point’ to it. This can be going for a game of pool, going for some food or going for a walk. Conversation does not figure into Stephen’s desires very much.  Robert with encouragement and clear boundaries is very capable and independent, most of the time he will show this but from time to time he needs the team to be firm when ensuring direction. Robert needs effective support and this comes from being firm and clear with him.
