Receptionist – Admin Support

Partners for Inclusion Group are a leading provider of Supported Living services for people with learning and/or mental health disabilities in Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and professional receptionist with a flexible, adaptable and calm approach to the role to join our busy Admin team based in Kilmarnock. As part of the Admin team you will be a positive first point of contact, answering all incoming calls and redirecting the calls to relevant departments as well as providing administrative support.

  2. Salary – Circa £18,000

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

· Answering all telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner

· Meet and greet family members, people we support and external agents

· Dealing with enquiries from staff

· Liaising with our external IT provider

· Managing room diary

· Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy
