*Female Support Worker for Kirsty (LJ/KMCD)

Kirsty is a happy, energetic young woman who is supported in her own home. Kirsty really enjoys the company of others and enjoys meeting with friends and spending time with her family. Kirsty enjoys listening to music, watching TV, playing card games, watching sports, playing with her Nintendo Wii and her Apple I Pad.

  1. Hours: Casual, including overnight support
  2. Rate of Pay: £8:45 plus overnight payment
  3. Area: Girvan, South Ayrshire

Kirsty requires a Support Worker who will:

Encourage Kirsty to try different things and get out and about within her community

Support Kirsty to maintain a close relationship with her family

Support Kirsty to maintain her friendships and promote new friendships

Support Kirsty to maintain her health needs

Requirements for this vacancy

Essential for the role is that you must:

Understand working in a person centred way

Understand all behavior is communication

Have a suitable driving license to drive Kirsty’s motability car
