Male Support Practitioner for Stephen (FT/SO)

Stephen is a young man who lives with his family in South Ayrshire. Stephen likes to be out and about, going to the cinema, attending his art and music group and going out for lunch. Stephen also loves bagpipe music and attending bag-piping events. Stephen also loves sports, especially, rugby, badminton, football and swimming.

  1. Hours: 7 Hours variable
  2. Rate of Pay: £8:45 per hour

Stephen is looking for a Support Practitioner who:

Is open minded and non judgemental
Has a willingness to learn
Has the ability to work on a 1:1 basis
Has the ability to work to a routine and structure
Is chatty with a good sense of humour

Requirements for this vacancy

Stephen requires a Support Practitioner who:
Understands that all behavior is communication
Has awareness or experience of supporting people with learning disabilities
Has a social care qualification or willingness to work towards this
