Support Practitioner for Brian (BK/DC/DD)

Brian is a 22 year old man who lives in Troon. We are looking to recruit a dedicated support Worker to support Brian to remain active in his local community and encourage him to be all he can be. Brian likes structure and routine and is friendly and tactile.  He enjoys spending time with his family, Brian is a bit of an adrenaline Junkie and outdoor fanatic who likes going to theme parks, walking, and horse riding. He is giggly, mischievous and determined enjoys eating out, going to the cinema and swimming.

• An understanding or experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities
• An understanding of Autism
• Full Driving Licence
• SVQ Level 2/3 in Social Care (or equivalent) or willing to work towards this
