Support Practitioner (LJ/BL/GL)

Bruce and Gordon are two brothers who live in their own home just outside Girvan
Bruce is friendly and energetic he enjoys music, swimming and horse riding. He really enjoys sharing sensory activities with his staff.  He has specific mobility needs which sometimes require him to be supported to use a wheelchair
Gordon is chatty with a real thirst for knowledge. He enjoys photography, culture, historical day trips, and traveling, as well as using his IPad and computer
Bruce and Gordon’s parents have an active role in their lives and work alongside the team

  1. Hours: 7 hours variable and 28 hours
  2. Rate of Pay: £8:75 plus overnight payment when applicable
  3. Area: Girvan, South Ayrshire

Requirements for this vacancy

Full clean driving licence
This role involves shift work including evening, weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays.
A PVG will be required as well as the abilty to register with The SSSC (Scottish Social  Services council)
