Partners for Inclusion was established as an independent charity in 2004, and provides personalised support for people who have a learning or mental health difficulty, or both.
Based in Kilmarnock, Partners now supports around 100 individuals across 6 local authorities in the West of Scotland and has an annual turnover in excess of £8m.
We are looking to recruit to our Board of Trustees who are responsible for the governance and strategic direction of the charity.
We would be particularly interested to hear from candidates with financial, HR or legal backgrounds or those with experience of managing growth. Third sector experience is not considered mandatory for these positions.
Our team believe that living ordinary lives in ordinary places is not too much to ask, that we all need active friendships and relationships with people who love us, and that we all have dreams and aspirations that must be heard and should have power and control over what we do with our lives.

Board meetings are quarterly and take place in Kilmarnock. This is a voluntary position with travel expenses reimbursed.
