Exciting Times New Opportunity – Director of Central Services

Partners for Inclusion Group provides bespoke support for people with
learning disabilities, mental health support needs, or both.
Working closely with families, each person has a person-centred support service
design and a team recruited especially for and with them.

Each person we support receives their own budget for support, so that they can engage with support that suits them – no two support services are the same.
In this way we see ourselves as a unique organisation, one which truly puts the
person at the centre of the support.

This new role sits within the Leadership Team working closely with the CEO, Director
of Support Services, Director of Finance & IT and of course the Senior Management
Team. The role will provide leadership, line management and support for the Central
Services team including Human Resources, Learning & Development, Quality
Assurance (new), Health & Safety, Business Development (new – increasing Charity
funding not related to additional support service funds or Govt income, grants etc)
This role will be critical in driving the Change programme with & through colleagues
to find sustainable ways to implement the improved ways of working
recommendations from the recent and previous reviews of how Partners’ colleagues
currently work together.

The intention is to create and maintain a more collaborate, consistent, impactful &
productive working environment based on understanding, valuing and respecting all
colleagues across the different contributing functions.
