Anna is young woman who lives in East Renfrewshire in her first home of her own.
Anna has started to build up relationships within her local area from going to groups,
resource centres and the local shops. Anna enjoys being out and about meeting
new people. She enjoys visiting new places and learning about new things
People who know Anna say she is very artistic, friendly with a great sense of humour
and a pleasure to be around. Anna likes to know what is going on and likes clear
communication. Anna enjoys spending time with her family, arts and crafts, dancing,
Disney films, spending time on her laptop and going out for drives in her car.
We are looking for Support Practitioners who can:
• Work in a person-centred way
• Understand the importance of multi-agency working
• Understand all behaviour is communication
• Demonstrate excellent communication, listening and written skills
• Promote strong community networking
• Be forward thinking and motivated
This post requires a clean full driving licence and the ability to drive a Motability
