Tammy currently has a vacancy within her team and looking for a new team member,
Tammy has a condition that effects her eyesight and because of this she needs some assistance with things within her daily routine, within her home and out and about and would require you to support her to appointments in her car so must be able to drive.
Tammy is looking for someone who has a good sense of humour, likes dogs ,enjoys swimming and going out for walks.
Tammy is looking for someone who will help her build community connections, help her socialise with people locally in groups and clubs.
