Do you want to make a difference, are passionate about employee development and are looking for a new challenge?
Partners for Inclusion provides individually tailored support for people with learning disabilities and /or mental health needs. We have a caring, dynamic learning culture driven by a core set of values centred on inclusion and believe that people with support needs are more than capable of being active citizens in our society.
We know that our staff are our biggest strength, learning and development is a high priority for our organisation and we are searching for an enthusiastic Learning and Development Manager to join our team.
As Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of L&D and will lead a small, committed staff team and a team of In-House Trainers. You will lead on formulating a new successful learning strategy, including succession planning. You will ensure all employees are equipped with the skills, knowledge, ability and best practice necessary to ultimately provide an excellent service to the people we support.
Knowledge of implementation and use of online / digital training will be key to the role. Another crucial part of the role would be identifying funding sources to support our workforce development e.g. SVQ qualifications and further development of our approach to e-learning.
We are looking for someone who can strategically build, shape and promote a positive learning culture, but also roll up their sleeves and get stuck in when needed.
If you believe you are the right person for this role then please apply below.
We will accept an up to date CV, however, applications will also need to be completed
