Partners for Inclusion Group are a leading provider of Supported Living services for people with learning disabilities and/or mental health disabilities in Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and professional receptionist with a flexible, adaptable and calm approach to the role to join our busy Admin Team based in Kilmarnock. As part of the Admin Team, you will be a positive first point of contact, answering all incoming calls and redirecting the calls to relevant departments as well as providing administrative support.
Key responsibilities of the role Include:
- Answering all telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Meet and greet family members, people we support and external agents
- Dealing with enquiries from staff
- Liaising with our external IT provider
- Upkeep of various databases
- Managing room diary
- Ensuring the reception area is clean and tidy
