Partners for Inclusion was established in 2004 as an independent charity providing individualised support for people with learning disabilities and/or mental ill-health.

• Overview of the Role:

This represents an exciting time for our organisation and the Senior Development Leader is a key position within our team!

You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team contributing to the strategic development of the organisation and supporting the Director to ensure all professional and regulatory requirements and standards are met or exceeded.

This will involve establishing and maintaining effective relationships with the people we support, staff, families, commissioners, and other agencies, whilst keeping up-to-date with developments in social care.

Providing line management to Development Leaders and demonstrating strong leadership skills to mentor, develop, stretch your teams whilst maintaining a positive culture delivering high quality, personalised, outcomes-based approach to care service and for the people we support.

It is vital to help our team to remain motivated and engaged through their Development Leaders, in delivering a high-quality professional service to people supported.
