We support people in their own homes and in the community. The job is as varied as the people we work with, you must enjoy spending time with people, including those with needs related to disability, autism or mental health.
Your job is to help individuals do the things they love to do. This might involve helping an individual to communicate, make choices and access opportunities. You may be required to work some unsocial hours, support people to go on holiday and be able to commit to being flexible.
