Jake is a young man who requires support to live in his own home. Jake likes to be being out and about, going for long walks in the countryside, bird watching and visiting local attractions. Jake also enjoys playing golf, badminton, cycling, photography, watching and attending football matches. Jake enjoys spending time with his family and is an active member of his community.

You should have experience in, or a real interest in supporting people with disabilities, particularly those who are on the autistic spectrum.
