We are looking for a community support worker to join our small team supporting people living in Newton Mearns, Clarkston and Paisley areas. As this position involves supporting different people, all with their own personality as well as support needs you would need to be adaptable and flexible to the particular support required at any time. This is an opportunity to develop yourself as well as others and be a part of making a difference to someone’s life and helping them to achieve their goals.
Due to the requirements for this role you will need to be confident in providing personal care, supporting people with their emotions, education, employment, household tasks, and social events as well as getting out and about in their community.

Requirements for this vacancy
For this position you must hold a clean current UK drivers licence and be able and confident to drive a Motability vehicle. You must be energetic and able to push a wheelchair and you need to be able to provide personal care.
