Kayleigh is a happy, energetic young woman who is supported in her own home. Kayleigh really enjoys the company of others and enjoys meeting with friends and spending time with her family. Kayleigh enjoys listening to music, watching TV, playing card games, watching sports, and doing puzzles on her iPad.

  1. Hours: 14 hours including overnight support
  2. Rate of Pay: £9.00 plus overnight payment

Kayleigh requires a support practitioner who:

is enthusiastic and motivated,

able to think outside the box,

will encourage Kayleigh to try new things and get out and about in her community,

can support Kayleigh to maintain good health,

will support Kayleigh to maintain her relationships and promote new friendships,

is able to support Kayleigh with all aspects of independent living, including personal care, medication and maintaining her home to a high standard,

has good listening skills and excellent communication skills.

Requirements for this vacancy

The right person for this role will:

Hold a current, clean driving licence and be willing to drive Kayleigh’s motability vehicle,

Understand that all behavior is communication,

Have an understanding of person centred approaches
