Hello, my name is Andrew, and I live in my own home in Ayr. I’m looking for someone to join my established support team to help me live my best life. My team is passionate about supporting me with everything I need, and we’d love to welcome someone who shares that same dedication. I enjoy a busy and sociable lifestyle attending various groups and spending time with family and friends. I also like going out in my car and disappearing for a holiday and change of scenery. One of my most favourite things to do is eat chocolate, yes even for breakfast!
I rely on my team to support me with most daily tasks, so it’s really important to me that I have caring, reliable people around me who know how to make life fun and fulfilling.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who is:
- Person-centred, patient, and compassionate
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Happy to get involved in activities, social outings, and day trips
- Comfortable providing personal care and supporting me with daily routines
- A driver- clean licence
- Have or willing to work towards relevant qualifications for registration with SSSC
You’ll be joining a skilled and supportive team that works together to make sure I am safe, happy, and able to enjoy all the activities I love. This role is for 14 hours per week and includes 1 sleepover per week to provide continuity of care.
