Craig is looking for experienced and highly motivated individual to join a small team providing support to a man who lives in his own home in Ayr.
Craig has an active and busy life and likes to be kept busy with a variety of interesting things to do in line with his individual likes & needs.
Craig enjoys, music, going swimming, shopping, walks along the beach and at various local parks as well as holidays twice a year and needs the support of his team to ensure he has a fully and interest life.
Craig’s family also visit on a weekly basis and he requires support to engage with them as well as ensuring his team members keep his parents abreast of how he is doing.
You should have a good knowledge, understanding and experience in supporting someone with a learning disability to run their own home and lead a full and interesting life.
However a willingness to learn from those who know Craig best is the key ingredient.
