*Female Support Worker – 22hrs – FT/FW

I am a young woman living in my own home in Ayr. I am looking for a new female Support Worker to join my team.

I am partially sighted and require support with some daily tasks around my home and also support to go out and about. I have a car, therefore require someone with a full driving license to drive it for me.

I also have a small dog and take him for long walks so someone who likes dogs and enjoys going for walks is very important to me. I also enjoy comedy, football and cars.

I am looking for someone who.

• Is patient, a good listener, and good communicator
• Is confident promoting structure and can give clear and consistent boundaries

You should also have experience of or a real interest in supporting people with disabilities to develop new skills.
