Robert is a young man who lives in his own home in Ayr. Robert enjoys listening to music and watching movies. Robert enjoys going for runs in his car, going to the cinema, swimming, bowling, walks to the beach and going to the park.
Robert is looking for a new team member to support him to live life to the full and help him gain/build his confidence in new experiences.
Robert requires Support Practitioners who;
- Share similar interests
- A good sense of fun
- Be able to think on their feet
- Be confident in their approach
- Patient
- Is confident promoting clear and consistent boundaries
- Ability to stay calm in high pressure situations
- Be creative
- Have a person centered approach
- Driving licence is essential
This role requires to work weekends and public holidays.
You should also have experience of or a real interest in supporting people with disabilities to develop new skills.
