Partners for Inclusion is an independent charity providing individualised support for people with learning disabilities, and those experiencing problems with their mental health.

An opening has arisen to join our experienced and established leadership team, working across Pan Ayrshire, East Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire. As a Service Leader, your vision will shape, nurture and develop Support Practitioners to make a real difference and enable the person supported to live their best life.

Are you an inspirational leader with strong interpersonal skills who can work closely with the people we support, their families and teams, as well as multidisciplinary partners, to support and sustain the highest standards of practice within the health and social care sector.

This role will involve the leading and overseeing several teams. You will have a person-centred and flexible approach, with a can-do attitude, supporting positive risk-taking, whilst promoting best practices in line with Health and Social Care Standards and SSSC Codes of Practice.

The post is subject to membership of the PVG Scheme. Successful candidates will be required to register within three months of employment. They will also have achieved an SVQ 3 (SCQF Level 7) and/or SSVQ 4 (SCQF Level 9) or be willing to undertake SVQ 4 or equivalent qualification to meet the conditions of their registration.
