Ross is a 35-year-old man who lives in his own home. Ross is currently looking for a support worker to join his existing team.
Ross enjoys watching all sports; especially football and loves going to local football matches and wrestling events. He also enjoys music and going along to music events. going on short holiday breaks with his team members. Ross enjoys shopping, going out for lunch, visiting family, catching up with friends. Ross also enjoys his job at PFI.
Essential for the role is that you can demonstrate the following:

- Patience
- Ability to motivate
- Flexible approach
- Not easily phased and have a calm approach
- Can work in a consistent and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Good Written skills
- The ability to maintain boundaries
- Work on own initiative and as part of the team
Desirable
- Understanding and/or experience of Mental Health
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent) or willing to work towards this
You should also have experience of or a real interest in supporting people with disabilities to develop new skills and be part of their local and wider community
