Daniel is looking for a Support Practitioner to support him to increase his daily living skills, which will enable him to be more independent around his own home. This will involve household chores, shopping, and the preparation of meals with some social support.
Daniel lives in his own home and manages his own finances.
Daniel enjoys a wide range of activities and is an active member of his community.
To fill his time Daniel volunteers at his local charity shop and helps with Dog walking. Family is an important part of Daniels life, where he plays the role of a Son and Brother.
