Ronald is in his late 60’s and lives in his own home in Barrhead and is looking for a new team member who has the motivation to be creative with innovative ideas around activities suited to his likes and dislikes.
Ronald needs structure to his day and likes to be involved in daily decision making while receiving reassurance from his team. Ronald enjoys being out and about in his local community and going for drives in his car, so a driver is essential for this position. When he is not out and about Ronald likes to relax listening to music in his den.
