Our Support Team/Core Service provide a bespoke individualised service to people within the Renfrew area which enables them to live as independently as possible within their home. This is a sleepover service
The staff team provide support with tasks including personal care, administering medication, supporting people with their routines, provide assistance should medical emergencies arise by supporting the person to obtain the relevant professional advice, supporting people with the preparation of their meals and to provide emotional support when required.
