Support Practitioner Natalie Hibbins took time to lay out why she feels social care requires greater investment and why Support Practitioners should be paid more than £10:90 an hour!

Natalie compiled her blog as part of the Coalition of Care & Support Providers Scotland’s (CCPS) campaign.

CCPS is asking the Scottish Government to ReThink its budget and commit to paying Support Practitioners £13 an hour. (Partners for Inclusion is an active member of CCPS.)

The Scottish Government has only committed to paying £12 an hour from April 2024 which is well below a comparable role within the NHS!
