We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and fully qualified Finance Manager to join our small finance team within a well-established customer focused organisation, and to contribute to its future direction and success.  You will work with the Partners for Inclusion Group that provides bespoke support for people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs or both.  Each person receives their own budget for support and, as no two individuals are the same.

Directly line managing a team of finance professionals, you will support the Director of Finance & ICT in the delivery of an efficient financial management partnership to both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders like Health and Social Care Partnerships. Ensuring timeous accurate financial reporting and control, monthly management accounts and reports.  The role will also include the oversight and management of the in-house payroll function and support the Director of Finance & ICT in the production of team development plans and identify process improvements.

The successful applicant must come with extensive experience of working in a finance role within a complex organisation, and be a fully qualified management accountant who holds a fully recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA/CIPFA or equivalent.

A proven track record of developing and securing excellent business relationships both internally and externally is essential in addition to managing people successfully.
